The Masseria becomes Bed and Breakfast
From the passion for agriculture of two young people from Salento and their families, who have been working the land for three generations, sparked the idea of restoring the old farmhouse, transforming it into a Bed and Breakfast.
Cosy and spacious rooms, within a large garden with relaxing corners ,next to olive and citrus trees and vegetables make Masseria Monache a warm and welcoming place, equipped with all the necessary comforts and details to ensure a pleasant stay and discover the wonders of the Salento area.
Masseria Monache Bed and Breakfast is the idea of two young people from Salento, who decided to bet on the potential of the farm and olive groves, lovingly cared for by their maternal grandfather.
The B&B will give you a warm and familiar welcome. Immersed in the olive groves of Salento, it is surrounded by Mediterranean scrub.
The rooms are obtained from the thick walls of the old tuff- building, with barrel vaults and are ready to accommodate those who choose to stay there.
The Masseria is close ti Brindisi airport, and 800 metres from the sea.
It is also possible to reach the beaches by bike, along cycle paths, admiring the beauty of Salento countryside and its vast expanses of olive groves.
In a few minutes you can reach the seaside resorts of Campo di Mare, Torre San Gennaro, Lendinuso and Casalabate, where you will have a wide choice of beaches with crystal clear water and fine sand.
Masseria Monache is located in a strategic point of Salento, which allows you to quickly reach the most interesting attractions in the province of Brindisi and Lecce.

Of the Argentieri family I can only say that they are people uniquely welcoming . Now we are true friends, as they also helped us and welcomed us as part of the family. We will definitely come back next year because you can not stay too long away from this paradise. Marilena is the heart of the Masseria, caring and affectionate, attentive to every detail. Vito is the PR who kept us company in the evening with a chat and a nightcap. Alberto is the brains! An enterprising man with great ideas. He defends his land as if it were his own daughter! Francesca took care of our room, always clean and perfect! Rosy with her laughter makes your heart grow fonder! And the tender Marialucia whom it is impossible not to love! For us this was a wonderful holiday. Thanks to all of you, we love you so much. And then there is the Salento, a land that I have in my heart for many years and that I will always love. The location of the Masseria is excellent for reaching all the seaside resorts. Close to Brindisi, Ostuni and Lecce. The sea is a spectacle. I recommend everyone to come and live this experience that leaves you with a heart full of emotions.

The strategic location of the facility, the welcome, the hygiene and the quality furnishings with comfortable beds and quality mattresses. I very much appreciated the light duvets, with the addition of equally light blankets to allow proper coverage during the night. Brand new structure, quiet and cared for with great passion and enthusiasm, daily room cleaning. The farm is a step away from the sea, surrounded by olive trees. At breakfast freshly picked fruit, quality jams, homemade cakes (fruit tarts, pasticciotti, biscuits, donuts etc. ..). Very good dinner under the olive trees based on handmade orecchiette omelette with mint, parmigiana, Salento pizza with onions etc. etc.! We liked everything!
