At the Bed and Breakfast, during the period November-February, it is possible to participate in the olive harvest, from which the Gold of the Nuns is produced, an extra virgin olive oil with peculiar organoleptic properties, rich in antioxidant elements and fragrances that they make it particularly tasty and fragrant.
Taking part in the olive harvest, I will be able to know and take part in all the steps necessary to produce an extra virgin olive oil, from working in the fields to transporting it to the oil mill for cold pressing.
