At the Bed and Breakfast, during the period November-February, you can participate in the olive harvest, in which the Oro delle Monache is produced, an extra -virgin olive oil with special organoleptic properties, rich in antioxidants and aromas that make it particularly tasty and fragrant.
By taking part in the olive harvest, it will be possible to learn and take part in all stages of extra virgin olive oil production, from work in the fields to transport to the mill for cold pressing.
